so this year's raya wasn't much different from the previous years.and i had to work on the eve and on raya itself,but i didn't mind coz i was on night shift. anyways,i seriously don't know what the fuck was wrong with my stomach.maybe it was something i ate,but i don't think it was kak maj's cooking.she brought along some raya dishes at work so i ate abit of those.at about 6 am on first day or raya,nearing to the end of work,i vomitted.then 30 minutes later,i vomitted again.at that point of time,my stomach was crazily painful.took a cab back home after work,and thank god i did because guess what,i vomitted outside my doorstep.haha.it was one huge puddle of vomit.i was a little sad,listening to the takbir downstairs and there i was at home,feeling sick and thinking,SHIT I AM SICK ON RAYA DAY.FUCK.took a pill,dozed off for god knows how long then went visiting in the afternoon,rushed off for my second night shift.fortunately i felt much better after taking the pill. now dearest is down with fever.sigh,i hope he gets better soon.. i'm quite happy to say that finally,i will be moving.most of my things are packed.i'm left with a few more days to finish packing the rest of the stuff before we shift to the new temporary home,which is at tampines.yes,not exactly my favourite area but in the meantime,i guess that will do. will definitely miss my hometown nonetheless ): but i am looking forward to the move as this is the beginning of something new.i thank god for all the things that life has hit me with because at the end of it,there is always something good awaiting for me. lastly,wishing you guys SELAMAT HARI RAYA,have a good one (: |
